Day by day.
Day 1 - Arrival in Zanzibar, Explore Stone Town
Upon your arrival at Zanzibar Airport, our driver will transfer you to the Shaba Boutique Hotel, where you'll check-in. Take the day to explore the enchanting streets of Stone Town.
Day 2 - Explore Prison Island
Take a boat trip from Stone Town to Prison Island, where you'll meet giant tortoises with a history of over a century. Spend another night at the Shaba Boutique Hotel.
Day 3 - Enjoy your beachfront resort
After breakfast, our driver will take you to your beachside resort, where you will spend the rest of your holiday. Relax by the swimming pool or look over the Indian Ocean from our Jetty Bar
Day 4 - Blue Safari
An unforgettable day aboard a traditional Arab dhow. Sail across cobalt blue waters and stop on a sandbank to rest. You will be served tropical fruits, and you can go snorkeling around the sandbank.
Day 5 - Holiday at the beachfront resort
Another day of relaxation at your beachfront resort!
Day 6 - Mnemba Atoll Snorkeling
You will depart from your hotel and head north. The captain and snorkeling instructors will be waiting to set you up with all the equipment you need. You will then go to the prime snorkeling spots just off the island to experience hundreds of different sea creatures and the bluest waters you’ll ever see.
Day 7 - Sunset Dhow cruise
Relax during the day and end it by hopping onto the local traditional Dhow and setting off into the sunset.
Day 8 - Return home
After breakfast and check-out, a vehicle will be awaiting you to take you to Zanzibar Airport for your flight back home.

What the itinerary covers
- Accommodation: Your stay throughout the safari will be covered, usually in lodges or tented camps. These accommodations are designed for comfort and provide easy access to the wildlife areas.
- Meals: Most safaris include meals, usually full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Drinks are sometimes included, particularly bottled water during game drives. Be sure to check your specific itinerary for details.
- Transportation: Your transportation to and from game drives is usually included in the itinerary. This is usually done in a specially designed 4x4 safari vehicle for optimal wildlife viewing and photography.
- Park entrance fees: Park entrance fees and any other required government fees are usually covered by the safari company.
- Activities: The activities listed in your itinerary, such as game drives, guided walks, and village visits, are usually included.

- International Flights: Flights to and from your safari destination usually are not included.
- Visa Fees: You will likely need to pay for a visa to enter the country where you’ll be going on safari.
- Gratuities: Tipping your guides, cooks, and other staff is customary, though not mandatory.
- Drinks: While bottled water might be included during game drives, other drinks such as sodas, alcohol, and specialty coffees may not be.
- Laundry: Laundry services are usually not included in the safari price.
- Personal Expenses: Souvenirs, phone calls, internet access, and other personal expenses are your responsibility.
- Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect yourself in case of unexpected events.
