Day by day.
Day 1 - Moshi To Arusha National Parks
Pick up from Kilibase Hotel in Moshi at around 07:30am and drive on a tarmac road 38km to Arusha National Park (552 Km2) with packed lunch. Over 400 species recorded in such a small park is quite an impressive count. A combination of the forest reserve, the Momella Lakes and the Ngurdoto crater does the magic. A closer look at the birds can be arranged with a walking Safari or canoeing. Over 400 species recorded in such a small park is quite an impressive count. Momella Lake is one of the best places in Tanzania to see waterbirds, flamingo, pelican, little grebe, a variety of herons, ducks and waders are common. Also Hart lab, turaco, eagles, Lesser & Greater Flamingos, p orchards, geese, hammer Kop, red shark, spur winged goose, woodpecker, secretary bird, grey parrot. Other animals such as Zebras, Elephants, Buffaloes, Giraffes, Water bucks, Colo bus monkey, Verve t monkeys, Baboons and many others reside here. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Economy Lodge
Day 2 - Arusha National Park to Tarangire National Park
After breakfast starting safari from Arusha to Tarangire National Park. Tarangire National Park is famous for its dense wildlife population, which is most spectacular between June and September, the dry period. During this time thousands of animals- wildebeest, buffalo, and Oryx migrate from the dry Maasai steeple to the Tarangire River looking for water. Lion, leopard and other predators follow the herds. Tarangire is home to over 500 varieties of birds. Have lunch and take a late afternoon game viewing and drive to the Ngorongoro Economy Lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3 - Tarangire National Park to Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast we drive on a tarmac road 40km with a lunch box to Lake Manyara National Park for afternoon game drives. Start the game drive through underground water forest, proceed to acacia woodland savanna open land, pass by hot water spring, and proceed to Lake Manyara. Lake Manyara is home for many flamingos and other water birds. The park is home to tree climbing lions, hippo, elephant, zebra, buffalo, giraffe, baboon, blue and velvet monkey, warthog, and more. About 350 species of birds have been recorded here. You will have a picnic lunch, dinner, and overnight at Ngorongoro Economy Lodge.
Day 4 - Lake Manyara National Park to Serengeti National Park
8.30am After early breakfast we leave for Serengeti National Park, driving through Ngorongoro conservation area, with optional of visiting Olduvai Gorge (known as cradle of mankind the hominids dating 2millions years back). The game drive takes us to the vast Serengeti plains home of the big game animals, the predators, great migration and the Nile crocodiles.06:30pm At sunset you are drive for dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Economy Lodge
Day 5 - Serengeti National Parks
After breakfast we start a day with the morning game drives in Serengeti National Park marvelling at the stunning scenery, ever changing light and always entertaining wildlife, all explained to you by your expert guide. With optional of picnic or hot lunch. And after lunch we set off again for afternoon game drives that takes us till sunset 06:30PM. When we drive to the Camp for dinner and overnight at Robini Serengeti Tented Lodge.
Day 6 - Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast, depart from Serengeti Ngorongoro Crater Rim. Wake up for early morning game drives in Serengeti then head back to the campsite for breakfast. You will then check out and drive with lunch and game viewing end route to Ngorongoro Crater rim for dinner and overnight at Rhino Lodge
Day 7 - Ngorongoro Conservation Area to Lake Eyasi
Leave 6:00am from the camp in the morning just after breakfast, drive to the crater for another day of game drives highlights includes the rare spotted black rhino, big game animals, the stunning crater floor, Stop at the picnic site for lunch at 2:00PM and after lunch make game end route to Ascent the Crater and drive to lake Eyasi to visiting Bush man tribe. Arrive at 05:00PM. Take a time to visiting Lake Eyasi for sunset then drive back for dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Economy Lodge.
Day 8 - Lake Eyasi to Mto wa Mmbu
Early in the morning before breakfast we leave the Camp and going to visit The Hadzabe people and is an original hunter-gatherer population of Africa. Get the history from the guide which is speaking the same language and going to hunting with them after that we visit another tribe called Taturu sometimes known as Mang'ati who still live in their traditional way. Then drive back to the Camp for breakfast and lunch together later drive to Mto wa Mmbu area for overnight at Ngorongoro Economy Lodge.
Day 9 - Walking Safari Culture Tour in Mto Wa Mmbu
After an early breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara Area for a walking safari at Mto wa Mmbu village. Visit 120 Tanzanian tribes and learn how they can live together without conflict. Visit the factory of local brew and the farm of rice. After that you will finish with a visit to the Masai tribe. Then drive to Lake Natron for dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Economy Lodge.
Day 10 - Mto Wa Mmbu to Lake Natron
We leave the camp after breakfast and drive with a lunch box as we heading towards Lake Natron. There are rugged mountains where vultures soar and baboons bark, dusty gorges where the Masai bring their cattle to drink and endless grassy plains. Arrive at Lake Natron in the evening approximately around 4:30pm for dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Economy Lodge.
Day 11 - Lake Natron to Kilimanjaro Mountain
Drive to Kilimanjaro National Park Gate at Marangu. After a briefing from your professional guide, and starting the trekking in mount Kilimanjaro (3000mtrs Above sea level) up to Mandara Hut and have a lunch there. Enjoy the forest around Mandara area, later Listen as your guide explains the mountain's geology—Mawenzi and Shira are extinct, while Kibo, the highest, is dormant and could erupt again. Then visiting, coffee and bananas plantations, and water falls.
Day 12 - Kilimanjaro Mountain To Moshi
Back to Arusha /Kilimanjaro airport
This is a suggested route. Your written proposal confirms the final schedule, stays and arrangements. On mountain trips, ask us to confirm arrival and departure nights separately from trekking days.

What the itinerary covers
- Accommodation: Your stay throughout the safari will be covered, usually in lodges or tented camps. These accommodations are designed for comfort and provide easy access to the wildlife areas.
- Meals: Most safaris include meals, usually full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Drinks are sometimes included, particularly bottled water during game drives. Be sure to check your specific itinerary for details.
- Transportation: Your transportation to and from game drives is usually included in the itinerary. This is usually done in a specially designed 4x4 safari vehicle for optimal wildlife viewing and photography.
- Park entrance fees: Park entrance fees and any other required government fees are usually covered by the safari company.
- Activities: The activities listed in your itinerary, such as game drives, guided walks, and village visits, are usually included.

- International Flights: Flights to and from your safari destination usually are not included.
- Visa Fees: You will likely need to pay for a visa to enter the country where you’ll be going on safari.
- Gratuities: Tipping your guides, cooks, and other staff is customary, though not mandatory.
- Drinks: While bottled water might be included during game drives, other drinks such as sodas, alcohol, and specialty coffees may not be.
- Laundry: Laundry services are usually not included in the safari price.
