Day by day.
Day 1 - Arrival in Nairobi
You will arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, where a Kwesa Tours-partnered representative will be waiting to receive you warmly. Drive to Emara Ole Sereni Hotel, a plush abode right in the heart of Nairobi. Check-in and relax, and recharge for the adventure that awaits
Day 2 - Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
You start your wonderful day by taking a scenic drive to Amboseli National Park. On arrival, check into the luxurious Amboseli Serena Lodge. After lunch, set out for a game drive in the afternoon and encounter the charismatic game of Amboseli, which includes herds of elephants as well as fine scenery. Enjoy dinner at the lodge and overnight.
Day 3 - Amboseli National Park Exploration
Enjoy a full-day visit to Amboseli National Park. Depart in the morning for extended game drives while overseeing Mount Kilimanjaro and observing the rich wildlife in Amboseli. A picnic lunch in the wild before returning to the lodge in the evening for relaxation.
Day 4 - Amboseli to Ol Pejeta Conservancy
Arrival to Sweetwaters Luxury Tented Camp for a sumptuous lunch. This afternoon offers an excellent chance to drive around and see unique wildlife inhabiting this great sanctuary. Dinner is directed and often, enjoyed with a refreshing overnight stay.
Day 5 - Ol Pejeta to Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast s, head towards Lake Nakuru National Park; in between, tour the Equator line and Thomson Falls. Check in at Lake Nakuru Lodge prior to commencing an afternoon game drive down the flamingo-lined shores of Lake Nakuru and diverse wildlife. Have a quiet dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.
Day 6 - Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha
Lake Nakuru game drives offer a great viewing of wildlife early in the morn. After breakfast, head towards Lake Naivasha and check in at Naivasha Sawela Lodge for lunch. Spend a relaxed afternoon with the boat ride option at Lake Naivasha (extra cost) which is superb for hippo and bird watching.
Day 7 - Lake Naivasha to Maasai Mara National Reserve
Early breakfast you will check out to drive through the Savannah grassland into Maasai Mara national reserve arriving at the lodge in time for lunch. You will then relax a bit and start your first introduction game drive in this migration paradise reserve. You will return back to the lodge for dinner and overnight. You will stay at Mara Sun Safari Lodge. All meals are included except drinking water.
Day 8 & 9 - Maasai Mara Exploration
This will be a two full-days experience whereby there will be extensive game drives in vast savannahs of the Masai Mara. We will enjoy a nice picnic lunch next to the hippo pools while tracking the legendary Big Five, like lions, elephants, and the famous wilder beast migration (seasonal). Return to Mara Sun Safari Lodge every evening for dinner and relaxation.
Day 10 - Maasai Mara to Nairobi
End your adventure with a morning game-drives and breakfast at the lodge, before leaving for Nairobi. Arrival will be in the afternoon, where you will enjoy a farewell barbecue lunch at the well-known Carnivore Restaurant or a vegetarian alternative at an extra cost. Transfer to the airport for your return flight home, carrying treasured memories of this 10-Day Family Safari in Kenya & Kenya's beauty and wildlife.
